A Clip File allows you to slot your documents into place, quickly and easily, before pushing the spine clip
into position to secure them. The document Clip File Folder at KGPLAST is available in various colours
and is widely used in schools, colleges and other institutions to store and carry documents safely. They
come in a variety of colours and are available in A4 and F/S sizes for easy storage of an array of papers.
The Clip Files come in two different types at KGPLAST:
1) CLIP FILE: This file has a durable metal clip which allows you to file your papers without being
punched.
2) CLIP AND SPRING FILE: This file has a clip on the left side of the folder to store papers and
documents without being punched and it also has a spring on the right side of the folder to store
papers and documents which you want punched for easy handling.
